By accessing and using Laenad's affiliate network platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Affiliate Program Rules

As a Laenad affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote offers in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use fraudulent or illegal traffic generation methods
• Not engage in any form of click fraud or conversion fraud
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Immediately report any suspicious activity

3. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Use bot traffic, fake clicks, or fraudulent conversions
• Cookie Stuffing or forced clicks
• Promote offers on prohibited traffic sources
• Use trademark bidding or brand hijacking
• Send spam or unsolicited promotional content
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

4. Payment Terms

Affiliates are paid according to the payment schedule outlined in their account. Laenad reserves the right to withhold payment for any offers deemed to be in violation of our terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Laenad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
